Functional Application Management Department
The Functional Management (FB) SOZ department is responsible for the functional management of the systems that support the student lifecycle. Functional management staff ensure that users, students, administrators, study advisors, lecturers, etc., can make optimal use of the educational support systems and that these systems function in accordance with the requirements arising from legislation and regulations, as well as the chosen working methods within Leiden University.
The department is divided into three teams:
Application, Admission, Enrollment & Exchange (ATIE)
Digital Learning Environment (DLO)
Educational Logistics & Study Progress (O&S)
