Human Resources

The faculty's Human Resources Department advises and supports the Faculty Board and management staff at the institutes and staff departments on personnel matters, organisational development, staff planning, recruitment and selection, employment conditions, job classification, sickness absence, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition, the department is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of university HR policy and for developing supplementary HR policy at faculty level.   

PSSC

The Personeel Shared Service Centre (PSSC) takes care of the personnel administration for the whole university. Information about salary, employment conditions, leave and other personnel regulations is available on the HR website or contact the PSSC Service Point if you have any questions.

HR Service Portal

To notify HR of new employees, report sickness and recovery, to enter leave (via Self Service) and for other HR forms, please use the HR Service Portal.
