HR department FGGA

The HR department of FGGA advises and supports the Faculty Board and management of the Institutes and staff departments of the faculty on personnel matters, personnel policy, organisational development and personnel planning, employment conditions, job classification, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition they are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the University HR policy and for developing supplementary HR policy at faculty level, coordinating job vacancies and monitoring processes in relation to long-term absence due to illness.

The Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC) manages the University’s personnel administration. One of the facilities of the PSSC is the PSSC Service Point. You can contact the PSSC Service Point with any questions about staff regulations, working conditions and personnel changes. With Sap Selfservice, you manage many things yourself.

Information about salary, employment conditions, leave and other personnel regulations is available on the HR website or contact the PSSC Service Point if you have a question.
