Human Resources

The Human Resources Department staffed by two HRM advisers and a junior HRM adviser. They advise and support the Faculty Board and the management of the Institutes and staff departments at the faculty in relation to personnel matters, personnel policy, organizational development and personnel planning, employment conditions, job classification, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition they are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the University HR policy and for developing supplementary HR policy at faculty level, coordinating job vacancies and monitoring processes in relation to long-term absence due to illness.


For administrative questions staff and supervisors can contact the  personnel administration, the Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC). The PSSC can be reached by phone or email through the PSSC Service Point. Information about salary, employment conditions, leave and other personnel regulations is available on the University’s staff website.
