Education Information Centre (OIC in Dutch)
The employees of the OIC can be reached at the desk, by telephone and by e-mail. Please see our contact details.
The desk is open every working day from 10:00 - 12:30 hrs for short questions and collecting your diploma.
You can also reach us by phone between 10:00 - 12:30 hrs.
You can always email us at oic@law.leidenuniv.nl. We will try to respond as soon as possible but at the latest within three working days.
To arrange an appointment by phone or in person with a Study Advisor you can call 071-5278787 on Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.30 hours. Check the website of the study advisers for more info.
The OIC carries out the registration of study and education data and provides information to students on matters including:
- course and exam enrolment
- requesting diploma/graduation
- graduation ceremony
- faculty and study programme regulations
- certified grade transcripts / statements
- individual retake examination
- retake a passed exam
- requests to the Board of Examiners
- schedules
- study programmes
In addition, the OIC sets up meetings with the study advisers or refers you to other departments.
