Our programmes BSc Security Studies (BaSS) and MSc Crisis and Security Management (CSM) have a joint Programme Committee (OLC), composed for the half of students, and half of lecturers.
The Programme Committee monitors the quality of the programmes and advises the Programme Directors and the Dean on this matter. It also functions as a sounding board. Students and staff can make suggestions through this committee, regarding the teaching programme, so please feel free to contact a member of the Programme Committee if you have suggestions for improvements.

The committee consists of academic staff as well as the student body. The term for student members is one year. Re- election is possible.

The OLC meets on average once every five/six weeks. Due to the corona measures, all meetings will take place online for the time being.
If you have suggestions or remarks please contact the chair of the committee or send an e-mail to BASS-CSM-OLC@fgga.leidenuniv.nl. Please state about which track or course you have a complaint or suggestion.
E-mails are treated confidentially and teachers (with the exception of the OLC chair) have no access to the mail box. When a complaint on education is discussed during an OLC meeting, the involved teacher is in principle not present.
