The Human Resources team is staffed by one HRM advisor and a junior HRM advisor. They advise and support the Faculty Board and the management of the Departments and support teams at the faculty in relation to personnel matters, personnel policy, organizational development and personnel planning, employment conditions, job classification, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition they are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the University HR policy and for developing supplementary HR policy at faculty level, coordinating job vacancies and monitoring processes in relation to long-term absence due to illness.


For administrative questions staff and supervisors can contact the  personnel administration, the Administrative Shared Service Centre (ASSC). The ASSC can be reached via de Helpdesk Portal. Information about salary, employment conditions, leave and other personnel regulations is available on the University’s staff website.
