The P&O department consists of two HRM advisors. They advise and support the Faculty Board and management of the Faculty's staff departments on personnel issues, HR policy, organisational development and personnel planning, terms of employment, job evaluation, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition, they take care of the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of university HRM policy and the development of additional HR policy at the faculty level, the coordination of vacancies and the process monitoring of long-term sickness. Individual employees can also turn to the HR advisors for advice on HR matters (e.g. career development).


For administrative questions, employees and managers can contact the Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC). The PSSC can be reached by phone and email via the PSSC Servicepunt. Information about salary, terms of employment, leave and other staff regulations can be found on the university website.
