Meeting schedule and agenda

The University Council meets about eight times a year. In addition, the University Council regularly consults with the Executive Board. The meetings between the Executive Board and the University Council are always followed by a brief confidential Council meeting, in which advice is finalised and decisions are made as to whether or not give consent.

Attending meetings

Generally, all meetings are open to the public.  You can attend after registering with the registrar at UR@leidenuniv.nl.

Requesting documents

All documents of the meetings between the Executive Board and the University Council are available on the Bestuurlijke informatie website. Older documents can be requested by e-mailing the registrar at UR@leidenuniv.nl.
