Studium Generale (SG)

Studium Generale organizes a wide range of academic activities, such as lectures, symposiums, film screenings, and debates, to supplement the faculty education at Leiden University. Studium Generale aims to stimulate greater interest in the sciences, provide more insight into the connections between different sciences, contribute to cultural and social development, and foster a better understanding of the relationship between science and society. These activities are therefore open to students, staff, and anyone else who is interested.
