Student Information and Administration (SIA)

The Student Information and Administration department assists students and staff with questions about enrollment, tuition fees, admission, and immigration. The department consists of various teams, all of which contribute to providing prospective and current students with the best possible guidance throughout the application and enrollment process. The Student Affairs Front Office is the first point of contact for (international) students and intermediaries with questions. The Student and Financial Administration departments ensure a streamlined process for enrolling and deregistering students and handling the financial aspects of related (tuition) fees and scholarships. Admissions Officers are responsible for processing all admission applications (bachelor's and master's) from prospective (international) students, while Immigration Officers focus on processes for students from outside the European Union who are studying with a residence permit for study purposes.
