Communication Services

The Communication Services staff are responsible for editing the external website, corporate social media and other publications, media monitoring and organising events. They advise on the use and structure of these and other resources to reach a wide audience and increase Leiden University’s impact.

Position within the university

The Communications Services department falls under the Strategic Communication & Marketing (SC&M) directorate. Organisationally, SC&M falls under Leiden University’s Administrative and Central Services. Other SC&M departments are Alumni Affairs and Fundraising, Corporate Communication, Marketing and Internal Communication.
