Human Resources

The Human Resources (HR) department advises and supports the faculty board and management of the institutes and staff departments of the faculty on HR policy, organizational development and personnel planning, terms of employment, job evaluation, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition, they take care of the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of university HR policies and development of additional HR policies at the faculty level, coordination of vacancies and process monitoring in case of long-term illness of employees.

PSSC

Staff of the faculty Humanities can contact the Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC Service Point) for administrative queries such as staff regulations, working conditions and personnel changes. Information about salary, working conditions, leave and  Information on salary, benefits, leave and other personnel arrangements can be found on the university website.
