What/where are all these Leiden University sites?

Website: external

Targeted to ‘the world at large’, sharing news, events and research and organisational/corporate matters. This is also where our Institute pages (including the web profiles) reside.

Leiden University, home

Institute of Political Science, home

Website: students

For current students, with study information.

Note that this site is ‘context-dependent’ (hence the complicated URL). On top of the page, you select your study programme; the site then shows information specific to that programme (and information pertaining to all study programmes).

Website: prospective students

Programme information for prospective students, presented per programme, in a fixed structure.

Website: staff

Current (and prospective?) staff members. HRM information, manuals/instructions, internal news, etc.

Note that this site is ‘context-dependent’. On top of the page, you select your study organisational unit; the site then shows information specific to that unit (plus information relevant for all units).

Website: library

For students and researchers.

Want to make use of our social media channels?

As the communications team of the Institute of Political Science, we manage the social media channels of the insitute. We use these to increase outreach in the academic field and within our student body. Both by posting new books and articles by our insitute members, but also by promoting events organised within the institute, sharing vacancies, or interviews and other media items that our colleagues were featured in. If you have anything that might be interesting to share on social media, please let us know. We are happy to help and share your information to a broader public.
