A scrupulous procedure is applied to reorganisations at the University. This is set out in the Leiden University Reorganisation Code of Conduct.
In the Code of Conduct, there is mention of the Agreement from 1998 between the Executive Board, the University Council and the LO. The Tripartite Agreement is meant here.
