Conditions of Cancellation - HOVO, LAK, ATC

Cancellation by the student
Cancellations must always be submitted in writing (by email). The date on which the cancellation is received will be considered the official cancellation date.

• Up to 2 weeks before the start of the course: 85% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 2 weeks before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 48 hours before the start of the course: no refund will be given.

Cancellation by the course organisation

• The course organisation reserves the right to cancel courses before the starting date.
• In cases where the course organisation cancels a course, the whole course fee will be returned.

Deferment  

• Deferment of enrolment until the next, or subsequent, course periods is not permitted.
• Your registration is non-transferable and may not be assigned to a third party.
